Imagining My Jannah

I close my eyes and drift away,
To a land where night is brighter than day.
Where rivers of honey and milk gently flow,
And gardens of mercy forever grow.
The air is filled with a fragrance divine,
No sorrow, no burden, all hearts align.
Every tree whispers the name of the Lord,
Every step is peace, every breath a reward.
I see mansions shining, adorned with light,
Built for the patient, steadfast in fight.
No grief can enter, no pain can remain,
For in this abode there is no chain.
Loved ones gathered, faces aglow,
Smiles eternal, no tears to show.
The angels welcome with words so sweet,
“In peace you enter, in joy you meet.”
Above all treasures, greater than all,
Is the vision of Allah, majestic, tall.
This is my dream, my endless plea,
To dwell in Jannah, eternally free.
